CIVICREC REGISTRATION:

Camp payments and registration will now be processed through our new online platform, CivicRec.

Please click here to create a Parent account first by clicking on the dropdown on the top left corner where it says “Log in/Create Account” and clicking the blue button where it says “Create Your Rancho Account”.

UPDATE ON CIVICREC EXTENDED CARE:

Extended care is ONLY available at initial checkout located on the drop-down once you click the session you want to register for, as shown in the example photo below. The option to add extended care after completing registration and payment will not be accessible. Do please remember to add extended care before checking out.

What You Need to Know Before Setting Up Your Account

Create the Parent Account First – The first account created will be the default payer/head of household and must be an adult. Additional members can be aadded onto the primary account afterwards.

Text and Email Opt-in

Rancho uses your email and/or phone number to send receipts, upcoming class reminders, pool closures and other infrequent updates. We will never sell your information.

Camp Hours: Monday through Friday

• 8:30 am to 3:00 pm
• Extended Care Available 3:30 pm to 4:45 pm

Ages: 4 1/2 – 10 years of age

Rates:

• $850 per session (two weeks)
  • We do not offer individual weeks for Camp. You and your child(s) must commit to the two week duration for the session.
• $100 – Weekly Extended Care
• $25 – One Day Extended Care
• $25 Off – Sibling Discount
• $25 Off – Resident Discount
• $25 Off – Swim Lesson Discount
• $25 Off – Early Bird Discount *Eligible through the end of March 2024

*Note: A $100 deposit will be required per child for each session

(Deposit will be refunded in full in the form of a check at the end of your child(s) session IF there were no cancellations and/or no fees were applicable during your child(s) camp session. Please refer below for our cancellation policies & fees to avoid any deduction from the deposit).

Cancellation Policy:

• Cancelling 3 weeks+ prior to the start date of camp: Full refund excluding deposit.
• Cancelling between 1-3 weeks prior to the start date of camp: 50% refund excluding deposit.
• Cancelling less than 1 week prior to the start date of camp: 30% refund excluding deposit.
• *No refund after camp has begun without a doctor’s note.

Fees: *per child

• $15 One-Time charge for switching sessions
• $15 Late Pick-Up
• $30 For Over 30 Minutes Late Pick-Up
• $5 Laundry For Child Not Wearing Camp Shirt (Will Lend a Shirt)
• $25 If Lunch is Not Provided for Child(s) (Will Provide Lunch)

Cancellations and Refund Policy due to Covid-19 or for medical/emergency reasons:

• If your child has tested positive for Covid, a proof of positivity from a PCR test with their name on it is required. A refund will then be given in the form of credit. Please email positive test results to: [email protected]
• Cancellations due to emergency reasons such as a death in the family will be refunded in the form of credit.
• Cancellations due to medical reasons must show proof of a doctor’s note and will be refunded in the form of a check. Please send proof of a doctor’s note to: [email protected]

Rancho Rinconada Summer Camp provides the opportunity for campers to develop lifelong skills while exploring a variety of educational and creative activities. Swim Camp is an ideal setting, with a main multi-purpose room, picnic area, playground, activity field, and swimming pool all at one location. Summer Camp incorporates activities in outdoor play, arts & crafts, and more. Campers will stay together at all transitions and activities will be supervised by high-quality trained staff, including a Camp Manager.
